K's Cranberry Pistachio Shortbread

8 oz | unsalted butter |
3/4 c | icing sugar |
1 1/3 c | flour |
1/2 T | water |
3 oz | pistachios, roasted |
4 oz | dried cranberries |
in food processor, combine butter, sugar and flour. Mix. Add water. Mix until dough sticks. Add nuts and berries. Roll dough in 2 cylinders and wrap in plastic. Chill overnight. Preheat oven to 350•
Cut slices on diagonal in 1/4" slices.
Bake on parchment 6-10 mins.
