Italian butter cream
    2 cup  sugar 11/2c water
    1/2cup  water
    8large  eggwhites
    4 cups  butter cubes room temp
    1tbs  vanilla
Makes 7 cups
    1 cup  sugar 1/4c to eggs
    4  egg whites
    2 cup  butter
    1/2 cup  sugar 2 tbs sugar add to egg
    2  egg white
    1 cup  butter
1/2 tea vanilla Bring water and sugar to a boil 240 degrees Beat egg whites add sugar To med peaks Add sugar mixture Continue to whip Add butter gradually May take 10 minutes Italian buttercream joes pastry
    1 1/4 c plus 1/3 c  sugar, (mix with egg white)
    1/2 c  water, (recipe lists 1/2 c, I just 'eyeball' the amount)
    8 large  egg whites, at room temperature
    1 t  cream of tartar
    1 1/2 lbs. (6 sticks)  unsalted butter, cut into pats
5 room-temperature egg whites
    1/2 tsp  cream of tartar
    1/4 cup  sugar
Syrup:
    1 cup  sugar
    1/4 cup  water
      Butter

1 lb., unsalted, and soft
