Oregon Blue Cheese Crumbles

8 oz | crumbled blue cheese |
2 cloves | minced garlic |
1/3 c | olive oil |
1 t | lemon juice |
1/2 c | red or green onions |
1/2 c | minced parsley |
Fresh ground pepper |
Sprinkle cheese into a shallow dish. Mix ingredients in a seperate bowl and then pour over cheese. Refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with granny smith apples, pita chips or baguette.
