Pil pil king prawns- Rosemary

225g | peeled fresh tiger prawns |
1 | onion, finely sliced, 2 garlic cloves, crushed |
2tbsp | dry White wine, 1 small chilli, chopped |
250g | tomato based pasta sauce, 2 tsp runny honey |
1 tsp | smoked paprika, 1 tbsp fresh chopped chives |
Black pepper | |
salt |
Dry fry onions and garlic until soft add wine and remaining ingredients, mixing well, and bring to the boil. Just before ready to serve stir in prawns and cook for 1-2 mins
Serve with basmati rice and garnish with chives.
