    225g  peeled fresh tiger prawns
    1  onion, finely sliced, 2 garlic cloves, crushed
    2tbsp  dry White wine, 1 small chilli, chopped
    250g  tomato based pasta sauce, 2 tsp runny honey
    1 tsp  smoked paprika, 1 tbsp fresh chopped chives
      Black pepper
      salt

Dry fry onions and garlic until soft add wine and remaining ingredients, mixing well, and bring to the boil. Just before ready to serve stir in prawns and cook for 1-2 mins

Serve with basmati rice and garnish with chives.
