Chicken and black bean stir fry-Rosemary

3 | skinless chicken breast, sliced |
2 | red onions, finely sliced |
2 garlic forces, crushed 1 green and 1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced | |
110g | chestnut mushrooms, sliced |
150ml | black bean sauce |
2 tbsp | low salt soy sauce |
1 tbsp | runny honey |
Zest and juice of 1 lemon | |
Black pepper |
Cook chicken
Dry fry onions and garlic for 3-4 mins. Season well with black pepper. Stir in peppers and mushrooms and continue cooking for a further 1-2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and toss well together. Serve immediately with boiled basmati rice.
