Ginger biscuits

8oz | s r flour |
2tsp | bicarbonate |
2tsp | Ginger |
4oz | marg |
4oz | gran sugar |
2tbs | golden syrup |
Oven. 150c/300f/gas2-3
Melt syrup, butter and sugar in saucepan. Put flour, bicarbonate and Ginger in a bowl and pour in melted mixture. Make into balls size of walnuts. Place on baking trays brushed with oil and bake in middle oven for 15-20 mins. Cool on rack.
