Energy Balls

1/4 cup | grated carrots |
1 tablespoon | agave nectar |
3 tablespoons | peanut butter |
1/4 cup | rolled oats or granola |
1/4 cup | wheat germ |
1/4 cup | slivered almonds or other nuts |
3/4 cup | dried fruits |
Put first three ingredients in a bowl.
Use the bullet or processor to grind remaining ingredients. Blend grinded mixture with first three ingredients. Mix well. Form into small balls. Cover with saran and refrigerate overnight.
Keep stored in tupperware container with wax paper separating layers.
