Waldorf salad

1 head | celery, chopped |
2 | apples, chopped |
6ozcanned water chestnuts, washed and chopped | |
2tbs | lemon juice |
2nd sultanas | |
5oz | natural yogurt |
3tbs | reduced-oil salad dressing |
Salt | |
pepper to taste |
Mix chestnuts with lemon juice and apples. Mix all remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over the salad. Stir well. Keep chilled until ready to serve. Serve on a bed of lettuce within two hours of eating.
