Banana and sultana cake-Rosemary

1lb3oz | banana ripe and mashed, (5 large) |
2 | eggs |
6oz | brown sugar |
4oz | sultanas |
8oz | self raising flour |
Oven. Gas4/180c/350f. 1serving = 1/2"
Add eggs to banana, add sugar and sultanas. Mix well then stir in flour. Place in a lined 2-lb loaf tin or cake tin.
Bake for 1 1/4 hours. Best served after sealed in an airtight tin for 24 hours. Suitable for freezing.
