Cod parcels-Rosemary

| 1 clove | garlic, crushed |
| 2 tbsp | lemon juice |
| 75ml | water, 3floz |

Oven. Gas5/190C/375F. Serves 4
Divide cod into 4. Place each on a square of foil large enough to fold over. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Mix garlic with lemon juice and water. Chop spring onions and add to liquid. Place equal amounts on each cod parcel and fold foil to make a parcel. Place on baking tray and cook for 15-30 mins until cooked. Serve with veg.
