Crock Pot Potato Chowder

8 cups | diced potatoes |
1/3 cup | onion, chopped |
3 | knorr bouillon cubes, (or 6 regular bouillon cubes) |
6 cups | water |
1 10 ¾ ounce can | condensed cream of chicken soup |
1 8 ounce package | cream cheese |
½ lb | bacon, cooked and crumbled |
Dried parsley or sliced green onions for garnish – optional |
Directions
1. Combine potatoes, onion, water, bouillon, and chicken soup in the crock pot.
2. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until potatoes are tender.
3. Add cream cheese to crock pot and blend.
4. Top with bacon and parsley or onions before serving.
