Crock Pot Potato Chowder

    8 cups  diced potatoes
    1/3 cup  onion, chopped
    3  knorr bouillon cubes, (or 6 regular bouillon cubes)
    6 cups  water
    1 10 ¾ ounce can  condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 8 ounce package  cream cheese
    ½ lb  bacon, cooked and crumbled
      Dried parsley or sliced green onions for garnish – optional

Directions
1. Combine potatoes, onion, water, bouillon, and chicken soup in the crock pot.
2. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until potatoes are tender.
3. Add cream cheese to crock pot and blend.
4. Top with bacon and parsley or onions before serving.
