Banana Pudding

| 2 cup | sugar |
| 1/2 cup | flour |
| 2 cup | scalded milk |
| 3 | eggs, separated |
| 1 Tbsp | butter |
Put milk on fire to heat, mix flour and sugar and add to milk. Cook until thick. Add beaten egg yolks and cook 2 minutes longer. Remove from fire and add butter. Layer, vanilla wafers, bananas and pudding. Cover with meringue made of 3 egg whites and 3 Tbsp sugar. Brown in oven
