| 1 large container | cottage cheese |
| green onions | |
| allspice, (to taste) | |
| half & half | |
| frozen noodles | |
| bread, (to make croutons) |
Directions
1. Mix cottage cheese, green onions and allspice.
2. Boil frozen noodles
3. Drain most of the water, leave a little and add the cottage cheese mixture, and some half and half to the cooked noodles.
4. Stir and let all this get hot.
5. Butter bread on both sides & fry in a pan on top of the oven.
6. Ladel the noodle soup in a bowl and top with the toasted croutons.
