Egg Custard Pie

2 cups | milk |
1 cup | sugar |
1 teaspoon | vanilla |
nutmeg |
Directions
1. Stir eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla until well blended.
2. Pour into pie shell, sprinkle generously with nutmeg, and bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until set.
Another variable is to use a small can of evaporated milk then ad enough whole milk to this to equal two cups.
