    8 ounces  weight Sour Cream
    ½ cups  Melted Butter
    2 teaspoons  Salt
    1 teaspoon  Onion Powder
    1 cup  Grated Cheddar Cheese
    1 bag (30 Oz. Bag)  Frozen Shredded Potatoes


Directions
1. Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Transfer to a greased 9×13 casserole dish.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Note: if prepared the night before, keep the casserole refrigerated overnight until ready to cook.
