Sour Cream Hashbrowns

8 ounces | weight Sour Cream |
½ cups | Melted Butter |
2 teaspoons | Salt |
1 teaspoon | Onion Powder |
1 cup | Grated Cheddar Cheese |
1 bag (30 Oz. Bag) | Frozen Shredded Potatoes |
Directions
1. Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Transfer to a greased 9×13 casserole dish.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Note: if prepared the night before, keep the casserole refrigerated overnight until ready to cook.
