Plum Jelly

Ingredients
    5 1/2 cups  Prepared plum juice
    1 box  Sure-Jell powdered pectin
    2 cups  Sugar

Instructions
1. Bring juice and pectin to full boil in large pot.
2. Add sugar.
3. Return to full rolling boil & boil for 1 minute.
4. Skim foam & pour into 10 half-pint jars.
5. Seal with 2-piece lids & process 5 minutes in boiling water bath.

To make plum juice:

1. Fill pressure cooker ¾ full of washed plums.
2. Add water (about half-way up the depth)
3. Cover with gasket in place.
4. Bring to pressure & cook for a couple of minutes.
5. Reduce pressure quickly & pour into a cloth-lined colander to drip the juice.
