No-Bake Cookies

| 2 cups | sugar |
| 1/4 cup | butter |
| 1/2 cup | milk |
| 1/3 cup | cocoa, (Not Dutch Process) |
| 1/2 cup | creamy peaqnut butter |
| 1 tsp | vanilla |
| 2 1/2 cups | instant oatmeal |
Directions:
1. Place sugar, butter, milk and cocoa in large saucepan, and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
2. Boil for exactly one minute.
3. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until peanut butter melts.
4. Stir in oatmeal.
Drop by the spoonful onto waxed paper or a silicone baking mat, and allow to cool.
