Lemon Garlic Chicken

Ingredients | |
1/4 cup | Lemon juice |
2 tablespoon | Molasses |
2 teaspoons | Worcestershire sauce |
4 cloves | Minced Garlic |
4 | Chicken thighs |
4 | Chicken breasts |
Cooking spray | |
1/4 teaspoon | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | Black pepper |
Lemon wedges, (optional) | |
Parsley, (optional) |
Directions
1. Combine first four ingredients in a dish.
2. Add chicken.
3. Cover & refrigerate for 1 hour. Turn occasionally.
4. Preheat oven to 425°.
5. Remove chicken from dish (reserve marinade).
6. Arrange chicken in a shallow roasting pan coated with cooking spray.
7. Pour reserved marinade over chicken.
8. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
9. Bake @ 425° for 20 minutes.
10. Bake an additional 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
11. Serve with lemon wedges & garnish with parsley.
Serve with oven fries & veggies.
