Corn Casserole

1/2 cup | Butter |
1 | Green pepper |
1 can | Corn, (drained) |
1/2 pound | Velveeta |
1 small | Onion, (chopped) |
1 1/2 cup | Rice, (cooked) |
1/4 cup | Milk |
Instructions
1. Cook onion and green pepper in butter until onion is brown..
2. In a separate pan heat rice, corn, milk and Velveeta.
3. Pour into 9x9 casserole dish.
4. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown.
