    1/2 cup  Butter
    1  Green pepper
    1 can  Corn, (drained)
    1/2 pound  Velveeta
    1 small  Onion, (chopped)
    1 1/2 cup  Rice, (cooked)
    1/4 cup  Milk


Instructions
1. Cook onion and green pepper in butter until onion is brown..
2. In a separate pan heat rice, corn, milk and Velveeta.
3. Pour into 9x9 casserole dish.
4. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown.
