Ingredients
    2 cups  roasted Siamese rice flour- elephant brand
    3 cups  water
      Salt to taste
    1 tbsp  butter or gingerly oil
    1 cup  roasted green peas
    2 cups  water
      Salt to taste
    1  grated coconut
    1/2 cup  jaggery
    1/2 cup  sugar

Method
Boil water with salt and gradually add to flour in a basin and mix well with a wooden spoon. Add butter and knead to a thick dough. Make small cups with dough using hand rubbed with plain floor. Add filling, fold and pinch edges and steam.

Boil green peas in salt and water. When cooked remove remove from fire, strain and cool. Mix with grated coconut and .
