Carol's Frozen Lemon Pie
Nb persons: 6
| 1 cup | crumbled biscuits |
| 50 gram | marg |
| 1/2 cup | lemon juice |
| 1 | non-dairy whip |
| 4 | eggs |
| 1/2 cup | sugar |
Mix biscuits and marg
Line tin with 3/4 mixture
Whip non-dairy whip and add 4 eggs, sugar and lemon juice
Add remaining 1/4 of biscuits to top
Freeze
