Leona's Sweet Chicken

| 1 | egg |
| Crispy corn flake/bread crumb mix | |
| Sauce for approx 6 portions: | |
| 4 tablespoon | honey |
| 4 tablespoon | medium brown sugar |
| 3 tablespoon | concentrated orange juice |
| 3 tablespoon | red wine vinegar |
| 2 tablespoon | soya sauce |
| 1 tablespoon | ketchup |
| 1 tablespoon | dijon mustard |
Coat chicken with egg and crispy corn flake/bread crumb mix.
Bake in oven approx 45 mins on 180°C.
Get rid of fat.
Cook sauce in saucepan until boiling.
Pour over chicken.
Put back in oven for 1/2 hour.
