Peanut Butter Rice Crispies
Nb persons: 12
| 1 cup | sugar |
| 1 cup | dark corn syrup,, (e.g. Karo) |
| 1 cup | peanut butter |
| 5 cups | rice krispies |
| 200 gram | chocolate |
Melt sugar, corn syrupo and peanut butter in microwave (e.g. 1m 20 secs)
Mix in Rice Krispies
Spread on 23x33cm tin
Melt chocolate in microwave (1m 10s) and dpread on top
Leave in fridge to set and cut into squares after about 15 mins
