| 6oz | plain flour |
| Pinch | salt |
| 2oz | caster sugar |
| 4oz | butter or marg |
Extra caster sugar to decorate
Oven. Gas 3/160C/325F
Mix flour, salt and sugar, rub in the butter. Work mixture to a smooth pliable dough. Divide into two and roll each piece into 6" round. Place on baking tray and flute the edges. Prick all over with a fork. Bake for 45 mins. Sprinkle with caster sugar and cut into pieces while warm.
