Ingredients 500 gms big prawns, cut into half with shell
    3 stalks  spring onion, cut into 3 cm lengths
50 gms sliced ginger
    1/2 tsp  chopped garlic
    150 ml  stock
      water, alternative
Seasoning
    1 tbsp  oyster sauce
    1/2 tbsp  light soya sauce
    1/2 tsp  chicken stock granules
    3 tbsp  shaoxing wine
    Dash  sugar
    1 tsp  corn flour water for thickening

Method
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil, sauté spring onion, sliced ginger and chopped garlic , until fragrant. Add prawns and stir well. Pour in stock and bring to boil.
2. Add in seasoning, then thicken with corn flour water and stir well. Dish up and serve hot.
