Prawns with Spring Onion and Ginger

Ingredients 500 gms big prawns, cut into half with shell | |
3 stalks | spring onion, cut into 3 cm lengths |
50 gms sliced ginger | |
1/2 tsp | chopped garlic |
150 ml | stock |
water, alternative | |
Seasoning | |
1 tbsp | oyster sauce |
1/2 tbsp | light soya sauce |
1/2 tsp | chicken stock granules |
3 tbsp | shaoxing wine |
Dash | sugar |
1 tsp | corn flour water for thickening |
Method
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil, sauté spring onion, sliced ginger and chopped garlic , until fragrant. Add prawns and stir well. Pour in stock and bring to boil.
2. Add in seasoning, then thicken with corn flour water and stir well. Dish up and serve hot.
