Egg-Spiced Srambled Egg ( Khageea )

1 | onion, peeled and chopped |
2 tbsp | oil |
1/2 tsp | chilli powder |
1/4 tsp | turmeric powder |
1 green chilli, chopped | |
2 sprigs | fresh coriander leaves, chopped |
2 | fresh tomatoes, chopped |
Salt to taste | |
1 tbsp | water |
4 well beaten eggs
Fry onion in oil for 2 mins. Add spices, green chilli, coriander leaves, stir fry for 1 min. Add tomatoes. Season with salt and sprinkle in the water. Add beaten eggs. Cover and cook on gentle heat for 6-7 mins. Stir and mix eggs over gentle heat. It should look like spiced scrambled eggs. Serve with barathas.
