50 gms | sea bass fillet |
50 gms | prawns |
50 gms | cod |
100 gms | lobster |
50 gms | squid |

21/2 tbsp | olive |
1 | onion, peeled and sliced |
1 tbsp | chopped garlic |
1 | fresh red chilli, sliced |
1/2 cup | coriander leaves |
1 tbsp | tomato paste |
2 tbsp | sesame seed paste |
21/2 tbsp | lemon juice |
1 tsp | ground cumin |
Garnishing | |
10 gms | pine nuts |
Marinate the seafood with salt, pepper and 1/2 tbsp of olive oil.
Sauté the onions with olive oil and then add the garlic, chilli, coriander, and tomato paste.
In a saperate bowl, mix the sesame with lemon juice and cumin powder and then add it to the sauteed onions. Allow to simmer for 10 mins, then set aside.
Grill the marinated seafood over a charcoal fire or over an electric grill.
Pour the sauce over the grilled seafood and garnish with pine nuts.
