Faire fondre le chocolat dans le café.
Incorporer le beurre

Verser la farine.
Battre les blancs et incorporer.
Beurrer le moule.
Verser la préparation.
Saupoudrer d'amandes.
Faire cuire 40mn sur 4-5 puis 5mn sur Th. 7.
