| klein schneiden und in Butter langsam dünsten. | |

| 300g | Spätzli, (siehe eigenes Rezept) |
Spätzli in eine Gratinierform geben, zwischen die einzelnen Lagen etwas Käse und Zwiebeln geben, das meiste davon aber zuoberst über die Spätzle streuen.
Die Kässpätzle für ca. 15 Minuten in den Ofen geben.
