Stir-fried Seafood and Assorted Vegetables with XO Sauce Ingredients 200 g Prawns [meat, deveined and dried] | |
120 g | Scallop,, (s) |
75 g Asparagus [sliced] 50 g Cashews [roasted] 50 g Gingko Nuts [shelled] | |
25 g | Carrot,, (s) [sliced thinly] |
1/2 pc | Bell pepper,, (s) [Red, cut into pieces] |
Seasoning Mix | |
2 tbsp | XO Sauce |
1 tbsp | Premium Oyster Sauce |
Procedure
Blanch prawn meat, scallop and gingko nuts in boiling water. Drain.
Stir-fry prawn meat, scallop, gingko nuts, red bell pepper, asparagus and carrot in 2 tbsp oil until done. Stir in seasoning mix, roasted cashew nuts and heat through.
