| Ingredients: 225 gms butter or margarine (1-stick) 420 gms sugar | |
| 2 | eggs |
| 270 gms all-purpose flour | |
| Chocolate pieces | |
| 1/2 tbsp | bicarbonate of soda |
| 2 tsp | vanilla essence |
Method:
1.Beat together butter & sugar.
2.Beat in eggs, then add the rest of the ingredients & mix well.
3.Roll into balls, about the size of walnuts, place on a greased baking tin and press down with a fork.
4.Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes.
