Prawns in Nusantara Style
Nb persons: 0
|400 g||large prawns|
|1/2||pineapple, cut into wedges|
|2 stalks||lemongrass, bruised|
|1 thumb size turmeric 6 candle nuts|
|1 tbsp||shrimp paste|
|1/2 cup||evaporated milk|
|Sugar to taste|
Cut limes to serve with with dish
1. Heat 4 tbsp oil. Sauté blended ingredients with lemongrass, star anise and cinnamon stick until fragrant. Add in prawns and stir fry over high heat until prawns change in colour.
2. Add in evaporated milk and stir fry mixture until gravy is thick. Season with salt and sugar to taste.
