Use 8 x 8 Pyrex pan | |
10 oz. | Butter |
10 1/4 oz. | Sugar |
3/4 cup | cocoa |
3 | eggs |
1 tbsp. | Vanilla |
3 1/2 oz. | Flour |
1 1/2 cups | nuts |
Cream butter & sugar until light. Add cocoa, cream until light and scrape sides & bottom of bowl. Beat in eggs & vanilla and scrape sides & bottom of bowl. Mix in flour by hand, then fold in nuts.
Spread into greased & floured Pyrex pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Multiply by 1 1/2 CPR 9 x 13 pan.
