| 60 g | beurre |
| 200 g | eau |
| 130 g | farine |
| 10 g | sucre |
| 4 | oeufs |
Faire bouillir sucre, eau et beurre. Ajouter farine en une fois hors du feu. Débarrasser le mélange dans une calotte et y ajouter les œufs un par un.
Ps: pour choux salés ne pas mettre de sucre.
