Meatballs

    1 pound  Ground Beef
    1 cup  Bread Crumbs, Grind any bread, unseasoned
    1 tablespoon  All Purpose Flour
    1  Onion, Small onion. Softened in pan, until golden
    1  Eggs, Whisk
    1 cup  Milk, A little at a time
    3 teaspoon  Salt, To taste
    1 teaspoon  Pepper, To taste

Preparation Time :

FINELY cut onion.
Softly fry onion until golden.
Mix ingredients and add milk (some wine) until right.
Let sit in refrigerator to cool (15-30 mins).
Roll small balls in hands, wet hands.
Fry @ 12-15 balls per pan, in butter, medium high heat.
When done, transfer balls to pot, add water to frying pan, rinse and pour water into pot. Repeat.
Simmer balls on low heat.
