    7 3/4 oz  smoked salmon
    8 oz  cream cheese softened
    1 1/4c.  Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbl.  Minced onion
    3 Tbl.  Parsley flakes
    1 tsp.  Horseradish
    1 Tbl.  Lemon juice
    1/2c.  Pecans

Flake salmon, add remaining ingredients except pecans and parsley.
Form into ball and chill, then roll in mixture of pecans and parsley until covered. Chill overnight.
