Smokey salmon cheese ball

| 7 3/4 oz | smoked salmon |
| 8 oz | cream cheese softened |
| 1 1/4c. | Cheddar cheese |
| 2 Tbl. | Minced onion |
| 3 Tbl. | Parsley flakes |
| 1 tsp. | Horseradish |
| 1 Tbl. | Lemon juice |
| 1/2c. | Pecans |
Flake salmon, add remaining ingredients except pecans and parsley.
Form into ball and chill, then roll in mixture of pecans and parsley until covered. Chill overnight.
