Smokey salmon cheese ball

7 3/4 oz | smoked salmon |
8 oz | cream cheese softened |
1 1/4c. | Cheddar cheese |
2 Tbl. | Minced onion |
3 Tbl. | Parsley flakes |
1 tsp. | Horseradish |
1 Tbl. | Lemon juice |
1/2c. | Pecans |
Flake salmon, add remaining ingredients except pecans and parsley.
Form into ball and chill, then roll in mixture of pecans and parsley until covered. Chill overnight.
