Egg White French Toast

| 2 slices | small whole wheat bread |
| 1/4 c | egg whites |
| 3 T | nonfat milk |
| dash | vanilla |
| 1 tsp | cinnamon |
| 1 tsp | sugar |
Preheat pan. Mix together egg whites, milk and vanilla. Dip bread in egg mixture, coating each side and place on preheated skillet. Cook until each side is brown. Spring sugar and cinnamon over toast.
