4 cloves | garlic---chopped |
1 t. | dried oregano or 1 stem fresh |
handful flat leaf parsley | |
1 | roasted red pepper, patted dry and chopped |
1 small | fresh chili pepper chopped |
handful of pitted kalamata olives chopped | |
1/2 med. or 1/4 lg. | chopped onion |
1/3 to 1/2 c. | evoo' |
1 cup | feta cheese |

PREPARATION
ARRANGE FISH IN A BAKING DISH AND LIGHTLY DRESS WITH EVOO
season with s& p
Combine bread, garlic, oregano, parsley, red pepper, chili, olives and onions
in a bowl and dress with evoo to lightly coat
Arrange topping all over the top of fish and around in dish
Scatter feta cheese over bread layer
Bake 20-25 min.
serve with lemon wedges
