Ingredients: 225 gms flour Milk for kneading | |
1 1/2 tbsp | ghee |
3 tbsp | oil, alternative |
1/2 tsp | soda |
1 tsp | salt |
Sesame seeds |
Method:
1.Sift flour and add soda, then rub ghee and knead with Luke warm milk.
2.Leave for 2 hours, then make in the shape of naan.
3.Prick it and brush with milk.
4.Sprinkle sesame seeds and bake at mark 6 or 200*C till done.
