Ingredients: 225 gms flour Milk for kneading
    1 1/2 tbsp  ghee
    3 tbsp  oil, alternative
    1/2 tsp  soda
    1 tsp  salt
      Sesame seeds

Method:

1.Sift flour and add soda, then rub ghee and knead with Luke warm milk.
2.Leave for 2 hours, then make in the shape of naan.
3.Prick it and brush with milk.
4.Sprinkle sesame seeds and bake at mark 6 or 200*C till done.
