Artichoke and bacon flan

10-12 sheets | fill pastry. 4oz butter, melted |
8oz | mozzarella cheese cubes. 7oz can pimento, sliced |
1 bunch | spring onions, sliced. 1/2 pt single cream |
1/4 pt | natural yogurt. 3 large eggs |
1tsp | dried basil. 2floz milk |
8 streaky bacon rashers, grilled and chopped | |
14oz | can artichoke hearts, drained and halved. |

pepper to taste |
Oven. Gas4/180C/350F.
Lightly grease baking tin with butter. Line tin with pastry sheets, brushing each layer with butter. Fill case with artichokes, bacon, cheese, pimento and onions.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over veg. Cook for 1 hour until set. Cool and cut into small squares.
Serves 8. Calories per serving 440.
