    10-12 sheets  fill pastry. 4oz butter, melted
    8oz  mozzarella cheese cubes. 7oz can pimento, sliced
    1 bunch  spring onions, sliced. 1/2 pt single cream
    1/4 pt  natural yogurt. 3 large eggs
    1tsp  dried basil. 2floz milk
8 streaky bacon rashers, grilled and chopped
    14oz  can artichoke hearts, drained and halved.
      Salt
      pepper to taste

Oven. Gas4/180C/350F.

Lightly grease baking tin with butter. Line tin with pastry sheets, brushing each layer with butter. Fill case with artichokes, bacon, cheese, pimento and onions.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over veg. Cook for 1 hour until set. Cool and cut into small squares.

Serves 8. Calories per serving 440.
