Banana Shakes

1 cup | fat free milk |
1/2 cup | vanilla low-fat frozen yoghurt |
1 | ripe banana, peeled |
1/4 tsp | pure vanilla extract |
Method:
1.Blend the milk & frozen yoghurt in a blender or food processor about 1 minute.
2.Add the banana and vanilla, blend a few seconds longer.
