Poppy Seed Bread

1/2 t. | salt |
1 1/2 t. | baking powder |
3 | eggs |
1cup & 2T. | oil |
2 1/4 c. | sugar |
1 1/2 c. | milk |
1 1/2 t. | almond extract |
1 1/2 t. | vanilla |
1 1/2 t. | butter |
1 1/2 T. | poppy seeds |
Mix 1 - 2 min. with mixer. Pour into 2 well greased loaf pans lined with wax paper. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Top will crack. Let cool a few minutes, then remove from pan. Pour glaze over warm loaves. I use a spoonFreezes well. Glaze | |

I sprinkle a little sugar over loaves after the glaze.
