Milk as required | |
1 tsp | salt |
Oil as required for frying | |
1/4 kg | mince meat |
One egg in each Paratha | |
Tomatoes, chopped | |
Garam masala powder | |
Spring onion, finely chopped | |
Ingredients (preparation of minced meat): | |
1/4 kg | mince meat |
2 tbsp | oil |
1 tsp | Ginger & garlic paste |
1 tsp | salt |
1/2 tsp | ajinomoto |
1/2 tsp | black pepper |
Coriander leaves, mint leaves & green chillies |
Method:
(preparation of filling)
1.Heat oil and add mince and other ingredients and cook until water dries.
2.Sprinkle with coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chillies.
(preparation of Paratha)
1.Knead flour with milk until the dough is smooth, make into 34 equal portions and apply oil on top and leave aside for 15 minutes.
2.Apply oil on a marble top or a smooth surface and roll one ball of the dough.
3.Put prepared mince and sprinkle garam masala, chopped tomatoes, sprinkled onions.
4.Break an egg on top and fold sides so that a square is formed, fry on medium heat till golden on both sides.
