Vicki's Easy Chicken enchiladas

1can | cream of chicken soup |
1can | cream of mushroom soup |
1 bag | tortilla chips |
2pkg. | pepper jack or jalapeƱo cheese |
1/2 to 1 | onion diced |
2 soup cans fresh milk | |
chicken, (cut in small pieces or shred - from the can or make your own) |
Combine soups , milk and onion in large pot. Warm slowly and stir often. Add chicken and 1/2 pkg. cheese. Simmer . In a baking dish , layer 1/3 of the chips(crush a little) ,soup mixture, and cheese. Add second layer of chips,soup mixture, and cheese, etc. Put in 350 oven for about 30 min. All done.
