9" pie crust-food processor

Yield = 1 crust. Can be doubled for two crust recipes
    1 1/3 c  all purpose flour
    1/4 t  salt
    5 T  COLD butter, cut up
    3 T  trans fat free veg shortening
    3-5 T  ice water

In a food processor with knife blade blend flour and salt. Add butter and shortening, pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle ice water,1T at a time pulsing after each addition until large, moist crumbs just begin to form. Pat dough into a disc, wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before use.
