Hazelnut-Chocolate Spread

7 oz | blanched hazelnuts, (1 1/2 cups), toasted |
Coarse salt | |
1/2 c | confectioners sugar |
2 1/2 oz | semisweet chocolate, melted |
Purée nuts with 1/4 t salt in a food processor until the mixture is the texture of peanut butter. Add sugar and chocolate; pulse until combined.
