Fast N Easy Fillet

Ingredients: | |
8 slices | beef, chicken,fillet |
1 | green pepper, medium size |
4 tbsp | vegetable oil |
2 | garlic cloves, small size, crushed |
Salt | |

Method:
1.In a large non-stick skillet, heat 3 tbsp oil over medium heat.
2.Pan-fry fillet slices on both sides until brown (about 5-7 minutes).
3.Remove from skillet and set aside.
4.Cut green peppers into squares.
5.In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp oil & fry pepper, stirring constantly for about 1 minute.
6.Remove from skillet and set aside.
7.In the same skillet, add remaining oil.
8.Stir in crushed garlic until it mixes with the remaining brown bits.
9.Add meat slices & 1/2 cup water.
10.Reduce heat, cover and leave to cook for 15 minutes.
11.Add more water if needed.
12.Leave some water at the end so that meat is juicy.
13.Just before meat is done, stir in salt, pepper & green pepper.
