Cheesecake Brownies

Ingredients: | |
1 package (21oz) | brownie mix, batter prepared according to package directions |
2 packages (8oz each) | cream cheese, softened |
2 | eggs |
2 tbsp | sugar |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
Method:
1.Preheat the oven to 350*F.
2.Coat a 9"*13" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
3.Spread half of the brownie batter into the baking pan.
4.In a medium sized bowl, with an electric beater on medium speed.
5.Combine the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
6.Spoon over the brownie batter, then top with the remaining half of the brownie batter.
7.Using a table knife, cut through the batter and swirl to create a marbled effect.
8.Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
9.Allow to cool, then cut into bars & serve, or cover & chill until ready to serve.
