Sweet Potatoe Casserole

5 large | Cooked sweet potatoes |
1/3 cup | milk |
1 tsp | vanilla |
1/2-3/4 cup | sugar, (adust to sweetness of potatoe) |
2 | eggs beaten |
3/4 cup | butter softened |
Beat sweet potatoes until fluffy, Add milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and 1/4 cup of sugar, gradually beating constantly. Spoon inot 9x13 dish Topping | |
1 cup | light brown sugar |
11/2 cup | pecans |
1/2 cup flour | |
1/2 cup | butter |
mix all together until crumbly. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 for 35-30 miuntes until lightly brown. Can be mixed night before and refrigerated
