McCormicks Grilled Chicken Salad Supreme

Ingredients: | |
1/2 cup | olive oil |
1/2 cup | white vinegar |
3 tbsp | salad seasoning, (supreme) |
1 tbsp | oregano leaves |
1 tbsp | Dijon mustard |
1 lb | chicken breasts |
8 cups | torn mixed green |
2 cups | sliced vegetables, such as squash, mushrooms, carrots, radishes, cucumber |
1 medium | tomato, cut into thin wedges |
Method:
1.Mix oil, vinegar, salad dressing, oregano, mustard in a bowl.
2.Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish.
3.Pour 1/2 of the salad dressing mixture over chicken, turn to coat well.
4.Refrigerate chicken and remaining salad dressing mixture for 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
5.Remove chicken from marinade.
6.Discard remaining marinade and grill chicken over medium heat for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
7.Thinly slice chicken, toss greens, vegetables and tomato.
8.Arrange sliced chicken on top of greens.
9.Stir refrigerate salad supreme mixture with whisk.
10.Drizzle over salad.
